Responsibilities:

Establish ongoing communication with stakeholders and development team to ensure complete understanding of goals, scope and timeline.

Coordinate scope, priority and product requirements definition and negotiation.

Perform detailed planning and estimation, getting team commitments.

Monitor progress, control the team productivity and ensure delivery in a timely manner.

Requirements:

As a Senior Project Manager (Full-time), you will be responsible for managing complex software engineering projects throughout their entire life cycle.

3+ years of project management experience in complex software engineering projects.

Strong capability to be hands-on in project management activities within the whole software development life cycle.

Focus on business-value delivery, ability to give meaningful estimates and meet deadlines.

Exceptional ability and willingness to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, upper-intermediate English.

Strong analytical skills and exceptional dedication to details.

Responsible and proactive approach.

Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent professional experience.
