Responsibilities:

Technical analysis, a review of the code, an assessment of the time frame, teamwork planning, and feedback management.
Managing the effectiveness, dependability, and quality of developments.
Coordinating integration, support, and business and technical requirements with the product teams, trading teams, and DevOPS team.
Required skills and experience:
Rust system engineering development experience is required, and this experience must be substantial
Having experience developing Rust-based high-load systems with a multithreaded architecture.
2+ years' experience in the creation of algo trading systems.
A track record of managing development teams, a propensity for adding value to the company.
A thorough understanding of computer architecture, including Linux, networks, data structures and algorithms, asynchronous programming, parallel programming, distributed computing, performance optimization, and communication protocols.
Effective analytical and problem-solving abilitie.
Education in engineering or relevant professional experience.
